Thanks to Ian for leaving a comment about Diino and their recent problems of financing. According to the press release it appears that Diino has lost their financing and is set to close at the end of October.
A visit to their website this morning shows an announement that they are in negotiations with a number of possible stakeholders but little other information is available.
