CrashPlan is the latest online backup service to raise their subscription rates. There is no change in plans only rate increases, but some rates have increased as much as 45% from their previous price.

Even with the price increases CrashPlan is still an excellent value. I will be going through the site and updating the CrashPlan prices to reflect these recent changes. You can still save 10% on one and two year subscriptions using our links below.
Update: I have tried to get in touch with CrashPlan to find out when these price changes took effect, but they have not replied to either tweet I sent from the Online Backup Deals Twitter account or my personal account. The tweets are embedded below.

Checking out the CrashPlan Facebook page I did see someone complain about the price increase on January 2, 2013 at 11:12pm so the new prices must have went into effect either on January 1 or 2nd. A little surprised on CrashPlans silence on the price increase, they have not even let affiliates know of the change (yes Online Backup Deals is a CrashPlan affiliate) since it can take time for them to change product information on websites.
